Black pepper, garlic, and white wine salami. Our traditional Italian Salami can be sliced onto a pizza, can be diced and tossed into a salad, or cut into thin slices and added to any charcuterie board!
*TIP* casing is best removed before eating. We recommend running the salami under warm water for 5 - 10 seconds. Once casing is dampened cut a small incision at the end of the salami and peel off casing.
